Natural Wood
Product: Chengal
Once trees are felled, we will cut them up in planks, season them through the air-dry process before
installing them in your home. Each piece of plank has its unique wood grains and no two pieces are
identical. A piece of natural wood is like a rare gem and it can withstand the toughest test of time
with scheduled and proper maintenance.
Engineered Wood
Product: BBDECK®
The family of engineered wood is wide but in general, they are all made up of a combination of both
natural and synthetic wood. Our engineered wood is made from plantation
Bamboo and consists of 95% natural wood fibres and 5% additives. While there are many renditions of
‘engineered wood’, ours support re-sanding and re-varnishing over the years. Besides the 10-year
warranty, our BBDECK® is proven to outlive its warranty period. An environmentally friendly product.
Synthetic Wood
Product: Wood Plastic Composite (WPC)
On the other end of the spectrum is synthetic wood also commonly known as WPC (Wood Plastic Composite).
WPC is made of a cleverly mixture consisting of recycled fine wood fibers
and plastic resin from only HDPE grade one. This concoction is a secret recipe and it varies between
vendors depending on market and climate suitability. Our WPC is tailored to the climatic conditions of
Singapore and we are proud to pen down 10 years warranty and, all at ZERO maintenance effort. An
environmentally friendly product.
